Hounslow Highways awarded excellent constructor

Hounslow Highways scored excellent in the latest Considerate Constructors Scheme review.

The scheme’s assessor visited the Hounslow Highways operational facilities and inspected the bridge restoration worksite at Augustus Close.

Commendation was given for improved safety features on site, efforts to value the workforce through access to general health checks and promotions to help staff quit smoking, and the information and feedback streams for residents.

Hounslow Highways Divisional Director, Martin Clack: “To be consistently awarded excellent over the last year by the Considerate Constructors Scheme is a great success. We will continue to build on this by improving our communication streams with the public and ensuring our methods of working are as safe as they can be.”

The Considerate Constructors Scheme reviews Hounslow Highways and its operations biannually.
