Hounslow Highways receives about 3,000 enquiries each month. Although we do our best to respond to all of these in a timely manner, we do have areas where we could improve.
We are working to ensure we do better in terms of providing full responses in clear, simple language that is easy to understand. However, not all enquiries will receive a response as most issues reported to us are service requests which require actions on site. Please do bear with us, whilst we attend to these.
