Hounslow Highways celebrates National Customer Service Week

Hounslow Highways joined up with Hounslow Council to promote National Customer Service Week and the accomplishments of customer service staff.

Under the theme of ‘Collaboration’, Hounslow Highways set up a makeshift reception area in Hounslow Council’s offices for a day. Customer service staff from both organisations were on hand to handle resident queries. Hounslow Highways had also brought along leaflets for Hounslow Council staff and visitors detailing their highway improvements and environmental enforcement efforts.

Staff from Hounslow Highways also assisted Hounslow Council’s two front line customer service teams with Highways related queries from members of the public.

Residents were positive about the day and Hounslow Highways aims to make this a routine event to improve customer care.
